Punjabi's take their food quite seriously! After hearing so much about the legendary Amritsari kulchas, heavenly Lassi and delicious Dal Makhani, I was so excited for my trip to the  FOOD CAPITAL of India AMRITSAR ! 1 . Kesar Da Dhaba Looking for authentic Amritsari food, go no further! Kesar da Dhaba is THE PLACE to have some delicious, finger licking Punjabi food! We had ordered Paratha Thali which came with Chur Chur Lacha paratha, Maah di dal, palak paneer, Kadhai paneer, raita and salad . Every dish was cooked in pure ghee and was so delicious☺.
